The aim of this campaign is to influence global decision makers at WHO to adopt appropriate strategy and assign funds to reduce accidents in children worldwide, especially in developing countries. The research for this project analyzes the World Report on Child Injury Prevention for the number of children killed, the regions and genders most affected and the prevention strategies that are recommended. This includes statistical data related to child accidents in various regions and documented stories of affected individuals and their families.

The campaign’s purpose is to efficiently communicate to policy makers from different countries who come from different cultural, socio-economic and ethnic backgrounds. The world-wide diversity of the audience was the biggest challenge in visualizing the campaign. Faces of children from different ethnic groups, age groups and gender are used to cover each assigned demographic and nature of the accidents in a clear but abstract way.
